All advance booking are made through The Everyman Theatre in Cheltenham. The box office is open Monday to Saturday 9.30am to 8.30pm.

Terms and Conditions
Everyman Theatre, Cheltenham is the sole ticket agent for Giffords Circus. A Booking fee of 50p per transaction will be charged (this fee covers all postage costs) Tickets cannot be refunded but can be exchanged for another performance. 48 hours notice is required for exchanges and there is a charge of £1.50 per ticket.

Giffords Circus ‘on site’ Booking Office (when on tour only)
The Giffords Circus booking office is situated at the front of the site. Open from 9.00am daily, Giffords Circus booking office staff are happy to answer any queries you may have or sell you tickets for ANY of the shows. Please note that the Giffords Circus Booking Office only accept CASH OR CHEQUE we do not have the facility to take credit card bookings. If you are going to pay by cash the correct money is deeply appreciated. The booking office is is ready to take bookings the day we arrive on site!

Reserved Seating
Seating is done on a first come, first serve basis. Reserved seating is only for disabled customers and their familes and Giffords Circus Company seats. The tent is open half an hour before so everyone can get their seat.
