DIRECTIONS TO CIRCUS' SITES, 2005

Hay-on-Wye Festival (Friday 27th May - Sunday 5th June)
Hay on Wye is situated just off the A438 between Brecon and Hereford. The nearest railway station is Hereford. There is a bus service from Hereford to Hay. The Circus site is over the main Hay bridge, next to the river Wye. (Address: The Community Centre, Hay on Wye, Wales, HR3 5AJ)

Lechlade ( Thursday 16th June - Monday 20th June)
Lechlade is on the A361 Swindon to Burford road. Go through Lechlade, from north side, turn left, direction Faringdon. The Trout is 1 mile along that road on the left. (Address: The Trout Inn, St John's Bridge, Lechlade - on - Thames, Gloucestershire, GL7 3HA)

Tetsworth (Thursday 23rd June - Monday 27th June)
Leave M40 motorway at junction 6 from the south or junction 8 from the north. From Oxford take A40 and turn off at A418 towards Thame. After about half a mile turn right onto A40 towards Tetsworth. The Swan Antiques centre and Restaurant is located on the High Street of Tetsworth. The site is approximately a quarter of a mile from The Swan, near to the village green and cricket pitches. Cirencester (Thursday 30th June - Monday 4th July)

Minety (Thursday 7th July - Monday 11th July)
From the A419 from Cirencester to Swindon take the B4040 towards Malmesbury from Cricklade. The circus is just outside Minety on the left, clearly seen from the road. (Address: Summerhouse Farm, Minety, Malmesbury, Wiltshire SN16 9RP)

Barrington - Burford (Thursday 14th July - Monday 18th July)
Take the A40 from Oxford to Cheltenham. Half an hour from Oxford, turn right, direction Barringtons and the Rissingtons. Go through Little Barrington, The Fox Inn wil be on the left. Giffords Circus site is opposite The Fox Inn. (Address: The Fox Inn, Great Barrington, Burford, Oxon)

Longborough (Thursday 21st July - Monday 25th July)
Turn off A429 at Stow on the Wold. Onto A424 towards Longborough. Keep on same road. Longborough Farm shop is on the same road, on the left, just after the Coach and Horses pub. (Address: Longborough, Gloucestershire GL56 OQZ)

Frampton (Thursday 28th July - Sunday 31st July)
Off A38 from Gloucester take the B4071 towards Frampton on Seven. The circus is situated on the village green on the left hand side. (Address: Frampton on Severn, Gloucestershire GL2 7EP)

Minchinhampton (Wednesday 3rd August - Tuesday 16th August)
Take the A419 from Cirencester to Stroud. At Aston Down, go left for Minchinhampton. Drive into small village of Minchinhampton. The Crown Inn is on the corner. Drive up the road at the side of the pub. Follow road around, the circus is situated opposite the church, on the common. Marlborough Common (Saturday 20th August - Tuesday 30th August)
Marlborough is 10 miles south of junction 15 on the M4, off of the A346. The common is at the top of town on the Swindon side by the playing fields. (Address: Marlborough, Wiltshire, SN8 1AA)
