Parking
There is on site parking available on most of the grounds. For our first site, Hay on Wye we advise customers to find suitable public parking within walking distance from the ground. Customers are advised to leave plenty of time to park vehicles.

The Show
The show is performed in a white waterproof tent. Approximately lasting for 1 hour 10 mins. Customers are advised to arrive half an hour before show time, as this is when the doors open. You should show your tickets to the Giffords Circus staff at the entrance of the tent, before you go in. The seating consists of wooden benches. There is an interval of 20 minutes. The show is suitable for ALL ages. No strobes or excessively loud bangs.

Toilets
Giffords Circus have 2 toilet Units, one for men and one for ladies. There is a porta loo for disabled customers. The toilets are open throughout the whole show, before and after.

Wheelchairs and the Disabled
Front of house Circus staff are available to lend a helping hand to customers with disabilities, (if they should require it). Those customers in wheelchairs must arrive at least half an hour before a show. Grounds are usually suitable for wheelchairs however in the case of rain and/or possible flooding, wheelchairs can be lifted by front of house support. There is an area reserved for wheelchairs with easy access into the tent. All families can sit beside this area however, please let box office manager Katy Kelly know, a day before the show you will be seeing by calling 07818 058 384. Please arrive half an hour before show time!

Lost Property
If customers lose personal belongings on a trip to the circus there is a lost property box in the box office. Customers should check that nothing has been handed in as front of house staff check inside and around the tent area daily.
