Directions to Bluntswood Hall (from Bishop's Stortford)
Take the A120 Stortford Ring road from Bishop's Stortford, heading West towards Little Hadham and Standon.
Drive through Little Hadham (beware queues at traffic lights) and Standon. On the Western edge of Standon you will reach a roundabout on the A10. Take the A10 heading North, towards Buntingford and Cambridge
After about 1 mile you will hit a roundabout. Carry straight on, A10 North.
After about another 3 miles the A10 will narrow to a single carriageway. Continue along here for about another mile.
You will now reach a roundabout with a petrol station (BP, at the time of writing). Take the first exit, signposted A10 Cambridge and Baldock.
After about 1 more mile you will reach another roundabout with another BP garage and a Little Chef. Take the straight-on exit, signposted A10 Cambridge and Royston. You may already notice a small signpost to Bluntswood Hall.
After about 0.7 miles you should see a left turn, signposted Throcking and Bluntswood Hall. Take this turning, which leads along a narrow and winding country road, and follow it for about a mile.
You will pass Lower Farm on your right, and then soon afterwards you will reach Bluntswood Hall, also on your right. Turn in here. There will be ample parking at the back. The owners are happy for you to park here during the day (of course), and also overnight if you wish (at the owners' risk).
