Breakfast; Breakfast will be the high point of your stay at the White House. Chef Sean offers a varied and extensive menu, using quality fresh ingredients cooked to perfection. Breakfast is usually taken in the light and airy breakfast room. On the walls images of Brighton photographed from unusual angles remind visitors of Brighton's colourful city. On sunny days guests can enjoy breakfast alfresco on the terrace. Times;

English	Sausage, bacon, fried egg, mushrooms, beans and grilled tomato served on sesame and sunflower toast.
Fishy One	Creamy scrambled eggs and smoked salmon served on sesame and sunflower toast.
Euro	A selection of cereals, fruit, yoghurt with honey, sesame and sunflower or white toast served with chunky marmalade and raspberry conserve.
Veggie	Creamy scrambled eggs on sesame and sunflower toast served with grilled mushrooms, tomato and beans.
Fishy Two	Buttery kipper fillets served with a softly poached egg.
