Booking and cancellation conditions;

For the comfort and safety of our guests we are a strictly non-smoking hotel.  Smoking is only permitted in the garden.

At weekends we only accept bookings for a minimum of two nights and three nights during bank holidays and Brighton Pride Festival.

Check in is between 1pm and 9pm unless by special arrangement.

Rooms should be vacated by 11am on day of departure. Late check out can be arranged for a £10 donation to The Royal Alexandra Hospital for Sick Children.

Luggage may be left subject to prior arrangement for a nominal donation to The Royal Alexandra Hospital for Sick Children.

For the comfort of all our guests, we don't accept:

   Pets (except guide dogs for the blind and hearing dogs for the deaf)
   Large group bookings including Stag and Hen parties.

At time of booking a non-refundable deposit of £50 will be taken from your credit or debit card. If you cancel your booking within 72 hours of arrival (for whatever reason) the total cost of the booking will be taken.
