This service is particularly useful for elderly or disabled customers who may find visiting our in house showrooms difficult or inconvenient to visit.

If you can't leave home to visit us then we are happy to visit you at home with some sample swatches & books.  While we are visiting you at home we can measure up and produce a detailed quotation on the spot for your carpet or vinyl floor coverings.  Our fully integrated IT management systems are such that we can check availability of stock and process & action your order direct to our warehouse from the comfort of your home.
 

Most of our customers visit our main sales showroom at Tapis House on Heath Hill Industrial Estate.

Here we have a vast display of both stock and non-stock carpets and vinyl.  Our friendly sales staff are on hand to help and advise customers as required.  Our sales staff don't receive commission based pay so you won't encounter any 'pushy' carpet sales staff here.

Remember it is the quality of the floor covering & the total cost of the job that is what really matters.  Our competitors offer inducements such as free fitting or free underlay but these are paid for in inflated prices per M² of the floor covering.

By contrast, a detailed, no nonsense, quotation from us will breakdown the costs of carpet, underlay, fitting and any additional accessories (stair rods etc) and any removal of old carpet & underlay waste.

In our warehouse we have a dedicated roll end showroom. 

We can bind the edges of these roll ends for you in house so if your want to make your own rugs, car mats or perhaps a new carpet for your caravan then we have the facility to finish these for you.
