pause video projection on sandblasted glass What I wanted to examine with this piece was the cusp point in a narrative (especially well-known narratives such as fairy tales) where if one decision is made the rest of the story is a given. I became interested in isolating these moments not only as means of imparting the original narrative but also creating new ones. The isolation of a very specific moment which is sustained over a long period of time is also intended to offer a commentary upon photography, disputing the notion of a decisive moment.
