I have little time so I must be brief. There has been a series of attacks on Imperial installations on Belaan IV. From what I have seen it would appear to be Eldar from the Ulthwe craftworld, reasons for the attacks unknown, though there does appear to have once been an Eldar presence on this planet. I'm sure you are aware of the strategic importance of this system and of the violent nature of Ulthwe. I suspect this is the start of a major assault at a planetary level. Unfortunately the Belaan IV PDF are woefully in-experienced, badly equipped and unable to cope with this matter.

The nearest Imperial force is your fleet, though I have also sent word to Fenris and the Space Wolves are on their way. I respectfully request your immediate assitance. Your expertise and experience are essential.
