The Phoenix Singers is a mixed-voice chamber choir founded in 1971. The group is based in Taunton, although concerts are performed at venues across Somerset and further afield. The choir sings music in a wide range of styles drawn from early music to very contemporary challenges. Four concerts are given annually, but the choir also performs at weddings and accepts invitations to private functions. Members join on the basis of an audition and previous experience.

The Choir meet on a Tuesday evening during term time, in the Music Department at Taunton School from 8pm to 9.45pm.
