This series was about a growing teenager,facing the usual problems a teenager faces,school,parents,sex etc,and the viewers hear Adrian Mole's voice reading out entries that he makes in his diary.there were two seasons,each of six episodes:

This series was set in a London department store,Grace Bros,and probably the most notable member of staff was the very camp Mr Humphries,played by John Inman,whose catchphrase was 'I'm free'.The series was extremely popular,and attracted millions of viewers each week to see the eccentric goings on of Mr Humphries,Captain Peacock and the blue-haired Mrs Slocom.Ten seasons and a pilot episode were shown between 1972 and 1985,making 69 episodes in total,and even led to a cinema version being made.
