RoboHELP training

As the first Blue Sky (now eHelp) certified trainer outside North America, Greg Daffern offers comprehensive training on all recent versions of RoboHELP Office. These courses are presented through Peterborough Technical Communication, one of the UK's leading documentation training houses.

In addition to GD's two-day course design, Greg will happily present the standard three-day RoboHELP courses supplied by the eHelp Corporation. These are designed to emphasise the special features of RoboHELP in the creation of both on-screen help and information delivery systems using a number of different formats.

The courses are all organised as free-standing one-day sessions, but can be run either in pairs or as a four-day block to give full coverage of the RoboHELP Office suite.
