Grant Instruments Limited

Grant Instruments of Cambridge supplies data logging equipment for a wide variety of applications. Typically, a system consists of one or more loggers with a computer which stores readings (the computer may be local or remote).

Greg Daffern and GD Consultants have an on-going relationship with Grant, having supplied paper-based manuals for a number of loggers and associated software. Currently, we are converting the paper documentation for three logger systems into Microsoft HTML help.

This project involves the conversion of five manuals for each logger - each in a different language! The loggers all have manuals in English, French, German, Spanish and Italian, and all are to be placed on-line. We will liaise closely with Grant's translation agency throughout the project, which is to be completed to a rigorous timescale as the products come to market.
