Roxie's Eyes.

Roxie had an operation to correct entropian just 2 weeks before she came to us at the beginning of June 2002.

Here you can see her eyes when she arrived, the stitches on the lower lid are beginning to dissolve (2 weeks after the operation on 15th June 2002).

This is 4 weeks after the operation (27th June 2002).

6 weeks after the operation (13th July 2002).

This is how her eyes look today (March 2003), 9 months after the operation. They are still 'loose', and red when she's tired, but they don't bother her at all.

And here are a couple of photos of Maggie, my Newfy pup. I think her eyes are quite 'loose', but they don't bother her...

Maggie was 19 weeks old when this picture was taken.

Maggie at 34 weeks.

Of course, you could always have your dog fitted for spectacles if you think there might be further problems... We think Maggie looks quite intellectual in hers! (This is, of course, a joke!)
