THE ORIGINAL 72 PAGE CD BOOKLET
The original design for the release of THE FIRE THIS TIME was to present the CD as part of a 72 page hardback book. The concept behind this was to set the narrative element of the CD in greater context, and to include much that simply could not find space on the CD itself. As the project progressed a more environmentally friendly packaging system, called 'Survival Pack' replaced this idea.
When it was decided to release the CD as a double album, the extra pressing cost meant that the booklet had to be cut from its' 72 page length to just 12. The original designer, Steve Lee, had worked so hard I felt it was only fair to at least include his design in this site.
