The
"Popley" music department consists of a small group of musicians
and singers who lead the 11:00am
Mass once a month.

The
Popley group uses the Laudate hymnal as its core
resource with additional music from other resources.
We strive to produce a blend of traditional and modern
music. Music is planned
based on the liturgical season and the readings of the day.
We usually practice
on the Saturday prior to our Sunday Mass.
We encourage pupils from St. Bede’s Primary and Bishop
Challoner Secondary Schools to join us when they can, and we endeavor
to provide some music adapted for less experienced musicians.
