The ME Range has been designed for applications where an encapsulated coil is required to prevent the ingress of condensation. Particularly useful for harsh environments such as drink dispense equipment where the motor is used as an agitator or pump application above an ice bank.
ME Range specification.An A.C. open frame shaded pole electric motor (please refer to MS range for options).
Motor housing finished in rustproof matt black epoxy paint.
Motor Coil is enclosed in a flame retardant ABS encapulation box and filled with PX 700K flame retardant resin.
Suitable for ambient temperatures of -10°c to + 70°c.
Motor coil can incorporate a one-shot or auto-resettable thermal protector.
Termination via flying leads only. (connectors / plugs can be fitted to customer specification).
Provision for earth fixing.
