escape a perfectly justified parking ticket

why?

i used to live in a flat in rugby that had a parking bay outside that you couldnt park in between 9am and 5pm from monday to saturday. monday to friday wasnt an issue, i was always at work. but the bastards used to get me every saturday. id remember at about 11am, race down and find a thirty quid fine. and i never really did anything about it (moving my car would have been the most sensible action). so the next time i get one of these, even if perfectly justified, im gonna get out of it. just watch.
