(text borrowed from here) This above is an exact recreation of the page by 'Rick Wallace' which was originally located at http://www.southern.edu/~rwallace/ . The page was pointed to by Pokey the Penguin comic strip number 214. This is the original version of number 214. Here is the altered version of that strip. The image was originally a copy of the one on Rick's bio & page. You'll also notice that this page has a link to someone else who mirrored Rick's page at http://www.execpc.com/~acton/. A few days after the page at southern.edu disappeared, another Pokey strip showed up. I never saw this page with the original Rick Wallace photo. At this time, some of the mirrors with this strip show it without the last frame. Now half of the Pokey mirrors store this strip as Pokey number 214 and the rest have the altered version of the original (scratched out photo). I recreated the Rick Wallace pages using my Netscape cache for the advancement of penguin rights and historical accuracy.
