Clan Matches
Feeling brave? Would you like to challenge the might of the Dads Army Clan to a friendly clan match? Then bring it on!
You can either just turn up on our server and see if there are enough players for a quick match or for a more organised match please post on our forum (Forum link above). Please include the number of your players you expect to attend (max 10 as the server holds 20 players), a suggested map and a preferred date and time. Evenings around 9pm are usually best for us.
Please note we have had some trouble with clans taking excessive amounts of time to get their full team onto our server. We usually allow a 10 minute grace period for the other clan to join. After that we insist the match starts whether either clan has their full compliment or not. Late players are allowed to join during the match.
Our usual match rules are:
- Both teams agree on a standard CS map to be played
- All players join the server at the pre-arranged date and time
- A single knife round decides which teams gets to pick CTs or Ts
- Players swap teams if necessary and the scores are reset
- The rounds continue until one of the teams has won ten rounds
- All players swap teams, CTs to Ts and vice-versa
- Scores are reset again
- Another series of rounds continue until one of the teams has won ten rounds
- The winner is the team that scored the most wins over the two series of rounds
Also note our standard server settings are:
- Friendly fire is on
- Team killer punish is off
- Forcechase camera is on
We are available most nights for matches. Just remember the more notice you give us the better.
