The Dads Army Clan has been around for a long time and we've made many friends and remarkably few enemies in that time, so if you want to become a Dads Army Clan member you basically need to be a team player and not take yourself too seriously.
It doesn't matter what sex you are but we do like our members to be at the more mature end of the gaming world as we range in age from mid 20's to high 50's.
We are currently not active in a league though this may change in the future.
The best advice I can give those players wishing to join the clan is to play on the server as much as possible and get to know the members and the way we do things. After a while you may decide that this is the clan for you and then I would suggest putting a post in the recruitment section of the forum, telling us a bit about yourself and your reasons for wishing to join. I would advise not to post within three days of discovering our server as you are not going to be taken very seriously. The Admins get together once a month to discuss membership, rules and where they can source the best pizza in the area, it's at this point your application will be discussed and you may be offered a trial. If successful you will be permitted to add the T[Dads.Army] tag to your player name.
In time the Admins will seek feedback from the existing membership and decide whether they like you enough to invite you to be a permanent member of the clan. If you're lucky enough to be let in, you may remove the 'T' from the tag and enjoy the benefits of being a full member of the clan. These include limited powers using the built in Admin Mod. This will allow you, amongst other things, to change maps, kick unruly players etc. You will not however be asked to pay anything towards server rental.
