Butterflies (and a few Moths !) (Nikon D70)

Here are a few photos taken with my (excellent) D70 fitted with a Tamron 28 - 300 zoom lens.
The majority of the photos were taken at Noar Hill in Hampshire
or in and around Allevier in the Haute Loire (43).

I have reduced the sizes of the images to 768 pixels high or 1024 pixels wide,
so they fit on most screens. The originals were 3000 x 2000 (6 Mp !).
