A very informative history published in 1825 by the Spalding Club of Aberdeen. Seems to be well researched, but as is usual for the period it is biased against The Old Fox with all the usual calumnies repeated.
I have scanned this book, about 200 pages, and stored them as jpg's of around 110k each. Unfortunately the print is rather too primitive to translate into a text file with OCR.
It is arranged into six .zip files each of between 3 and 5MB. Once downloaded and unzipped the pages can then be viewed with an image program, and will print out scaled to A4 satisfactorily.
