Born ABT 1819, Ireland
In 1851 census as a nephew of ALexander Clinton Fraser residing with him at 3 Doddington Grove, a surgeon in the 8th Hussars. Was at Charge of Light Brigade, Sebastopol.
1861 census was FRCS, and MD of the 55th Regiment, living at 290 Kings Road, Chelsea, with wife ,dau, and son.
