Contact Information

Although I will always try to keep the details in my programs as up to date and accurate as possible, certain aspects of the contact information may not always be 100% correct. To that end, I've created this page, which will always have the most accurate and current set of contact details. If you're planning to get in touch in the future, please check here first to make sure you're going to be using the right addresses, etc.

There are, of course, several ways you can reach me:

E-mail
This will usually always be the fastest way to get in touch, and it's certainly the way I prefer to deal with support questions. Please note these different addresses, and try to contact the correct one depending on your problem/suggestion/whatever.

- nicko@[REMOVE_NO_SPAM]nildram.co.uk - This is my private e-mail address. Please use this for general chit-chat and questions, or anything not related to program support or the web site.
- phil@[REMOVE_NO_SPAM]pkspencer.freeserve.co.uk - If for any reason mail from any of the above addresses doesn't get through or bounces back, please try this FreeServe address as a last resort.

Telephone
If you have a problem related to any of my programs that is really urgent, then you can contact me via telephone on:

But, please use common sense! If you try to ring me at 2am my time (UK), then you're not likely to find me being as helpful as I could be at a sensible hour :-))
Preferably, use the phone as a last resort - 95% of problems can be dealt with quickly and easily via e-mail (see above).
