HAVE YOUR SAY

If you do not voice your opinion on the proposed new A120, the Highways Agency will deem that you are in favour of the proposed route.

• It is essential for you to lobby the Highways Agency, by letter, to ensure that our voice is heard.
• You are urged to write to the Highways Agency outlining your opposition to the scheme.
• It is recommended you select four or five issues that are important to you and include them in your letter, which must be received by the Highways Agency before the end of the public consultation period and ideally by the end of May 2005.
• Read the objections, E-mail us with your issues that are not listed.
• A letter is better than an email but an email is better than nothing!
