- Standard Rooms are mostly located on the 3rd or 4th floors, (regret no lift), and contain a small shower cubicle with shared WC on the landing.

- Deposit: Upon receipt of the reservation the card provided will be debited with the cost of the first night. The balance will be due upon check-in. This deposit is refundable provided cancellation is made in accordance with the 48-hour policy below.
- Cancellations: If a booking is cancelled before 3pm 2 days prior to arrival, no charge will be made and any deposit paid will be refunded in full. Where cancellation is made outside of the above terms the guest will be charged the full amount for the entire reservation.
- Credit Cards: We accept all major cards with the exception of American Express and Diner's Club.
- For the peace of our guests we regret we cannot accommodate stag, hen or other wild party groups.
