Maintenance Courses

Our maintenance courses aim to enable you to carry out basic maintenance and "first aid" repairs on your bike to keep it in good working order so that it is safe and easy to ride.

We do this by showing you particular tasks and, most importantly, by your doing them for yourself with guidance and help.

They are part of the Kingston Adult Education programme.

First steps		 Saturday 7th May 2011 10:00 - 4:00
Evening course
Includes First Steps and Next Steps		 Five sessions on Mondays    
Starting 6th June 2011		 7:00 - 9:00

The Saturday "First Steps" course covers, maintenance checks,
care and lubrication, brakes, tyres and punctures, gears.

"Next Steps" includes chains, cassettes and bearings in wheels and streering.

The evening course covers all these topics from both Saturday courses.
