I'm Mike Ralph and live near Wolverhampton. Last week I traded in my 
Transalp for a 'P' reg Africa Twin. The person I have to blame for this
is biking buddy John Gartside, who has been taking the piss for months
about me getting rid of the tranny and getting a 'man's bike'.
I am really looking forward to doing some touring and maybe doing some
even more expensive improvements to the AT than John has to his!
Another thing that John teases me about is my riding jacket, it's a
black Hein Gericke one and it's got loads of writing on the back. John
says it is something to read on a long boring journey if I'm going too
slow.
