Briefing

Following the initial approach by our Client, we encourage a briefing meeting to discuss the assignment, timescales and agreed outcomes.

Once having been briefed by you, we will ensure that we have a thorough understanding of:

  • The Brief - detailed knowledge of the position and the client organisation
  • Specific skills required of the successful candidate
  • Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Off Limits/Internal Candidate Issues

We will also agree:

  • Search Geography - target list
  • Sources - names of any prospects you are aware of, and who could be useful as a source of potential candidates
