Pippa has six years international executive search experience. She worked at the London office of A.T. Kearney Executive Search, undertaking assignments in a number of industries and specialising in the areas of Public Sector and Life Sciences.

She has searched within a broad functional background including General Management, Marketing, Sales & Business Development, Finance, Manufacturing, Legal, Human Resources, Customer Services, Strategy & Consulting, Research, Procurement, Board Positions and Non Executive Directorships in addition to specialised function within Public Sector and Life Sciences.

Pippa has conducted high level searches within a wide range of geographic regions including the established markets of the USA and Western Europe as well as the emerging markets of Central Europe, Eastern Europe and the Middle East.
