BEST was established by Shirley David BA Hons, Dip HE, MILM, Assoc CIPD in 1998.  

BEST aims to enable not-for-profit organisations (such as charities, housing associations and a wide range of voluntary groups) to achieve their full potential by providing outstanding training and consultancy services.

BEST offers training specifically tailored to the needs of trustees, volunteers and staff working within this sector.

Services include:

 training specifically designed for the sector

  tailor-made courses

 consultancy services, including QuickBooks professional advice

 mentoring

 sign language and other communication support

BEST is based in South Pembrokeshire but operates throughout Wales.
