Business & Employment Support & Training provides advice and support to organisations in relation to a wide range of management requirements.
The services fall into four main categories
Organisational reviews can cover, financial policies and practices, or project evaluation.
Strategic planning includes facilitation of business planning workshops and general support and advice on producing strategic plans.
Financial systems refers to support with in-house financial policies and practices (including devising budgeting and bookkeeping systems using Excel), advice on SORP accounting issues such as reserves policies, risk assessment and presentation of the accounts. In West Wales, Independent Examination is available for small charities that are not limited companies.
Employment support covers advice for managers on practical matters relating to personnel, organisational or financial problems, mentoring and support in seeking or changing employment.
