As this is a shared network a fair use policy is in operation and I request that all users think courteously about there fellow users, prolonged high bandwidth use is unproductive for fellow users and I am asking that is avoided.

All accounts start from the 1st of each month.

DOES NOT APPLY TO DD CUSTOMERS - Payment to be made monthly and ALWAYS the first MONDAY in the month either by meeting me or calling at my van or your connectivity will be removed automatically (Email reminders will be sent out automatically to the email address you have provided)..

No bandwidth sharing is permitted, only one connection per username / password. Re broadcasting the connection by any means is not permitted. All acounts are NONE transferable. All account usernames and passwords are PRIVATE.

ANY PASWORD SHARING AND THE ACCOUNT WILL BE TERMINATED

Any illegal content downloaded is the sole responsibility of the individual user, All information and logs will be available for inspection by the authorities.

I recommend using a firewall to protect your computer from attacks as no responsibility will be accepted by the operator, security while using the network is YOUR responsibility (Check out the free software available on the internet). The wireless connection from your computer to the node is NOT secure unless using SSL (HTTPS will be shown in the address bar and usually a yellow padlock at the bottom of the screen), the connections between the nodes ARE. Therefore I suggest taking caution when using the network for sending sensitive information.

This network is not recommended for high volume internet gaming due to the latency and traffic shaping of this wireless network.

This network may update at anytime and will be back up as soon as possible, all updates are scheduled for 1am every morning, but I reserve the right to update at any time to provide a better service. Updates usually take around 10 minuets and you will see the wireless drop off to a "limited connectivity" then come back on, the total reboot time is around 3 mins for each node.

I reserve the right to cancel connections if the above terms are not met.

Please remember this is a private network which is operated by myself, it takes alot of time and money to build up a network to cover lots of users and a wide area and it will run into problems sometimes, the network has done well but is always ready for more improvements. I ask that you notify me when you find conectivity issues so i can try to reslolve them remotly, i will always do my best to get the network up an running as soon as i can, But please bear in mind that it is not a commercial proffit making company just a community project to provide internet at an affordable price in a hard to reach area.

If you are in a boat or quite a way from the nodes it may be necessary to fix a USB wireless adaptor via an extension (or other external antenna) to a window to receive a good signal from the nodes.I do supply varoius items which are fully compattable with this network.
